Team Training

 

We have a number of different team training options and available dates which are listed below:

 

1.)  2-1/2 Hour Session (Skating Only), which consists of 5 groups of 3 skaters with each group receiving 30 minutes of Skating Instruction on the Skating Treadmill.   Cost for this is $200.00 + H.S.T.

 

 

2.)  2-1/2 Hour Session (Skating & Shooting) which consists of 5 groups of 3 skaters with each group receiving 30 minutes of Skating Instruction on the Skating Treadmill and 30 minutes on the Rapid Shot Shooting Lane.  Cost for this is $225.00 + H.S.T.

3.)  2-1/2 Hour Session (Skating, Shooting & Dryland) which consists of 5 groups of 3 skaters with each group receiving 30 minutes of Skating Instruction on the Skating Treadmill, 30 minutes on the Rapid Shot Shooting Lane, and 30 minutes of Dryland Training.  

Cost for this is $315.00 + H.S.T.

4.)  3 Hour Session (Skating & Shooting, Including Goalies) which consists of 5 groups of 3 skaters and 1 group of 2 goalies, with each group receiving 30 minutes of Skating Instruction and Goalie Specific instruction on the Skating Treadmill and 30 minutes on the Rapid Shot Shooting Lane.  Goalies included in Rapid Shot.  Cost for this is $250.00 + H.S.T.

5.)  3 Hour Session (Skating, Shooting & Dryland, Including Goalies) which consists of 5 groups of 3 skaters and 1 group of 2 goalies, with each group receiving 30 minutes of Skating Instruction and Goalie Specific instruction on the Skating Treadmill,  30 minutes on the Rapid Shot Shooting Lane and 30 minutes of Dryland Training.  Goalies included in Rapid Shot.  Cost for this is $340.00 + H.S.T.

6.)  3 Hour Rapid Shot Only Session, which consists of 6 groups of 2 skaters with each group receiving 25 minutes on the Rapid Shot Shooting Lane and 1 group of 3 receiving 30 minutes on the Rapid Shot Shooting Lane.

Cost for this is as follows 

Each Session $100.00 + H.S.T. each session

Each Session with instructor for the 3 Hours $150.00 +H.S.T.

Off Ice Training is done by Renegade Conditioning and Training Center which is located next door to G & G.

Monday -  Friday team training is available from 4:00 - 9:00 

Saturday team training is available from 9:00 - 12:00 or 2:00 - 5:00

Sundays have 3 available time slots, 9:00, 12:00 and 3:00 start times.
